The overall Toronto market saw on increase of 7.6 percent in average sales price year over year. The number of new listings and homes sold was also up.
The downtown Toronto Condo market saw a significant increase year-over-year.
East Toronto is extremely hot, practically on fire! Prices were up 16.4 percent, inventory (new listings) held steady compared with last year.. It is still a seller’s market as inventory challenges continue.
Midtown average prices were 6.7 percent year-over-year, while new listings and sales were both slightly down.
West Toronto saw an increase in average prices of 9.5 percent. The number of sales and were up year-over-year.
The average sales price in the Beaches increased by 6.6 percent year-over-year. The number of sales and inventory remained consistent with April 2014.
