The downtown Toronto Condo market remained fairly steady year-over-year with slight increases in price, sales and new listings.
East Toronto continues it’s hot streak. Prices were up 8.1 percent, but inventory (new listings) were down compared with last year.. It is still a seller’s market as inventory challenges continue to frustrate potential buyers.
Midtown average prices were up 8.7 percent year-over-year, while new listings and sales were both down.
West Toronto saw a slight decrease in average prices of 2.8 percent. However, the number of sales and were up year-over-year.
The average sales price in the Beaches increased by 6.7 percent year-over-year. The number of sales and inventory remained consistent with January 2014.
