The downtown Toronto Condo market saw a slight increase of 1.5 percent in average sales price in January 2015.

East Toronto continues it’s hot streak. Prices were up 13.9 percent, and the number of new listings also increased. It is definitely still a seller’s market as inventory challenges continue to frustrate potential buyers.

Midtown average prices were surprisingly down year-over-year, while supply remained fairly steady.

West Toronto saw an increase in average prices of 3.4 percent. The number of sales and new listings were up year-over-year.

The average sales price in the Beaches increased by 6.7 percent year-over-year. The number of sales and inventory remained consistent with January 2014.
