The overall Toronto market saw on increase of 7.2 percent in average sales price year over year. The average price of a home in Toronto for the month of July was $618,202.
The downtown Toronto Condo market saw a hefty price increase of 12.2 percent year-over-year.
East Toronto prices were up 9.4 percent, inventory (new listings) remained steady compared with last year.. It is still a seller’s market as inventory challenges continue.
Midtown average prices were 19.3 percent year-over-year, the area is quickly becoming one of the hottest spots in the city.
West Toronto saw an increase in average prices of 12.2 percent. The number of sales and were up year-over-year.
The average sales price in the Beaches increased by 15.8 percent year-over-year.
