The overall Toronto market saw on increase of 10.4 percent in average sales price year over year. The average price of a home in Toronto is now about $682,000.


The downtown Toronto Condo market saw a price increase of 7.2 percent  year-over-year.



East Toronto prices were up 13.8 percent, inventory (new listings) had a slight increase compared with last year.. It is still a seller’s market as inventory challenges continue.


Midtown average prices were 15.9 percent year-over-year, while new listings and sales were both slightly down.


West Toronto saw an increase in average prices of 8.8 percent. The number of sales and were up year-over-year.


The average sales price in the Beaches increased by 16.2 percent year-over-year.
