The downtown Toronto Condo market remained fairly steady year-over-year with slight increases in price, sales and new listings.

East Toronto is still hot, hot, hot! Prices were up 6.9 percent, inventory (new listings) held steady compared with last year.. It is still a seller’s market as inventory challenges continue. Expect this to change now that the spring market has sprung.

Midtown average prices were up slightly at 2.8 percent year-over-year, while new listings and sales were both up.

West Toronto saw an increase in average prices of 5.6 percent. The number of sales and were up significantly year-over-year.

The average sales price in the Beaches increased by 5.6 percent year-over-year. The number of sales and inventory remained consistent with March 2014.
