The overall Toronto market saw on increase of 10.1 percent in average sales price year over year. The average price of a home in Toronto is now about $718,000.
The downtown Toronto Condo market saw a significant increase year-over-year.
East Toronto prices were up 14.4 percent, inventory (new listings) held steady compared with last year.. It is still a seller’s market as inventory challenges continue.
Midtown average prices were 12.6 percent year-over-year, while new listings and sales were both slightly down.
West Toronto saw an increase in average prices of 10.4 percent. The number of sales and were up year-over-year.
The average sales price in the Beaches increased by 14.1 percent year-over-year.
