The overall Toronto market saw an increase of 6.2 percent in average sales price year over year. The average price of a home in Toronto for the month of November was $654,221.



The downtown Toronto Condo market saw a substantial price increase of 10.7 percent  year-over-year.Market-Snapshot-Downtown-1215-WEB

East Toronto prices were up 9.3 percent, inventory saw a modest increase compared with last year. The number of new listings in the east saw a boost of over one hundred. It is still a seller’s market as inventory challenges continue.


Midtown average prices were down ever so slightly at 1.4 percent year-over-year.


West Toronto saw a price increase of 9.4 percent year-over-year, while sales volume was up by about 50 homes.


The average sales price in the Beaches increased by 15.8 percent year-over-year. Inventory was up compared with November 2014.
