Made a delicious Calzone for the first time today. If you can make pizza and fold, you can make a Calzone.
Top half of pizza dough with whatever combination of toppings you like (I used: tomato, mozzarella, turkey pepperoni, mushroom and spinach). Wet around edge of dough with water, fold and seal by pressing a fork around open half. Bake on convection at 390 degrees for about 17 minutes (or until golden brown).
