Thanks for stopping by my little corner of the internet. I’ve been working as a full-time real estate broker for over a dozen years, and have successfully served hundreds of clients during this time. I have a no nonsense approach to my business. I am straightforward, honest and work with the highest level of integrity. No fluff, no gimmicks, no bullshit. I work solely in the interests of my clients and will fight for your needs & goals, even in circumstances where it doesn’t serve my own. This approach has contributed to my longevity in this business and has earned me several accolades and respect within my industry. So much so that the largest circulating newspaper in Canada, The Globe & Mail, offered me a position as their real estate columnist for several years. When it was time for us to buy our first home in Toronto during a time when bidding wars and lack of inventory felt like they were at a peak, Ricky helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He made us feel comfortable with his simple, no pressure approach rooted in honesty and patience. He has also helped us find tenants for rental properties over the years. In one instance, our tenants left abruptly while we were out of the country for an extended period of time. Ricky was able to ease our worries, got the unit on the market, vetted all the applicants and within no time we had new A+ tenants in place without any months missed. Not only that, when it was time to sell a rental condominium, Ricky took over communication with a tenant who was refusing to vacate. His knowledge allowed him to handle the situation swiftly and professionally. He was able to sell the property for over-asking, while taking all the pressure off our shoulders from what would have been a stressful scenario. We feel confident in his expertise and know that his honesty and eagerness to truly help us feel comfortable is what has made every experience with him a positive one.
