I normally don’t delve into market stats too much as this information is readily available to the public, but today I thought it would be a good exercise to look into what’s been happening over the past 3 years to understand some trends and to give context into the real estate market. So in an attempt not to be too boring, I discuss some figures from the last 3 years in the GTA.
