Just a quick real estate market update. As many of you who have been following the market might have already heard, today the Bank of Canada announced a significant interest rate decrease of 0.5%. This marks the highest decrease in this current cycle. I also briefly share some observations about the general real estate market and what I’ve seen in the field.
